Each tiffin includes a balanced, wholesome Indian meal made using A2 ghee, cold-pressed oils, and fresh vegetables—without maida, refined sugar, soda, food colour, or preservatives.
We offer three plans: Flexi-Day, Weekly, and a Trial.
2. What is the 28 thali subscription plan?
- Flexi-Day Plan: 12–36 day subscription where you can customise your meal.
- Weekly Plan: A 5–6 day compact plan for busy routines.
- Trial: A 1-day meal to experience our food before subscribing.
Choose lunch, dinner, or both—delivered daily across our service areas.
3. Are there any dietary preferences?
Yes, we cater to a variety of dietary preferences! We offer options for organic, low-carb, half-jain, jain, and keto diets. If you have specific dietary needs or restrictions, please let us know via WhatsApp, and we'll be happy to assist you.
4. What are the ingredients used to prepare the meals?
We prioritize your health and well-being by using only certified ingredients, cold-pressed oils, and steamed vegetables. We avoid maida (refined flour), soda, food color, preservatives, and refined sugar.
Our slow-cooking methods ensure nutrients are retained, and our small-batch cooking guarantees freshness.
5. Can I order separate dishes?
No, our service is a complete tiffin system.
Each meal is a full thali-style plate crafted fresh every day.
6. What if my delivery location is not available?
We currently deliver across the entire Western line from Churchgate → Borivali, covering:
Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Vile Parle, Santacruz, Bandra Kurla Complex, Khar, Bandra, Mahim, Dadar, Lower Parel, Worli, Prabhadevi, Mumbai Central, Grant Road, Marine Lines, Charni Road, Girgaum, and Churchgate.
Lunch delivery is available across all listed areas, while dinner timings are currently limited to the Borivali → Khar stretch.
If your location isn’t covered yet, don’t worry, we’re expanding rapidly and adding new zones soon. You can still message us your pincode on WhatsApp, and we’ll notify you the moment we start delivering in your area.
7. What is your cancellation policy? Can I make changes to my order?
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and flexibility is important. You can easily cancel your 28 Thali subscription or your next delivery by emailing, messaging on Whatsapp us at info@28thali.com and +91 98202 27224 respectively before 24 hrs on the day prior to your next delivery.
Due to the fresh nature of our meals, we are unable to alter orders once they have been delivered. We're committed to making your 28 Thali journey as convenient and enjoyable as possible, so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
