Refund policy

Cancellations 

You may cancel your subscription with us at any time by 12pm on the Monday prior to your next delivery date by writing to us at: info@28thali.com. We will not take any further payments from you after this contact.

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, once delivered, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to alter your order.

Should you encounter any dissatisfaction or concerns regarding the meal's quality or any other aspect of your dining experience, we kindly request that you promptly bring it to our attention. Please note that all refund decisions are subject to our sole discretion.


Refunds and exchanges

To avoid being charged, you must inform us 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your order. In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from cancelling with at least 24 hours notice, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to our sole discretion. Please note that no refunds will be provided within 6 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

Upon cancellation of your subscription, if you are eligible for a refund, we typically process the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for your initial purchase. Our aim is to promptly settle any refunds due, and we endeavour to complete the process within 30 days of receiving your valid cancellation notification.
