Delivery Areas
We currently deliver along the Western Railway line, covering the following neighbourhoods:
Churchgate, Marine Lines, Charni Road, Girgaum, Grant Road, Mumbai Central, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, Worli, Dadar, Mahim, Bandra, Khar, BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Santacruz, Vile Parle, Andheri, Jogeshwari, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, and Borivali.
If your area is not listed above, please contact us before placing an order.
Advance Order Requirement
All orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance. We are unable to accept same-day orders. Your first meal will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure timely preparation and delivery, please place your order by 6:00 PM the evening before your desired delivery date. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following available delivery day.
Delivery Days & Closures
- We do not deliver on Sundays.
- We are also closed on select public holidays and festivals, including Ganesh Chaturthi and other major festivals. We will announce any additional closures in advance via our social media channels and WhatsApp.
Delivery Time Window
Deliveries are made during our standard delivery window. Exact timing may vary based on your location along the Western line. You will be notified if there are any delays.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive your tiffin. In case of a missed delivery, please contact us immediately. We are unable to offer refunds for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
